At ANNKE Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your security solutions. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or the online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic devices in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier point; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
